Sales & Operations Virtual Assistant (Lead Generation, Outreach & Process Development)

 

Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and resourceful Virtual Assistant who can support:

  • Lead generation & prospect research
  • CRM management (HubSpot)
  • Outreach coordination (email + LinkedIn)
  • Process documentation & SOP development
  • Social media management (secondary)
  • Cross-company operational support

The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, tech-savvy, and comfortable working directly with an executive-level founder.

 

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospect Research

  • Build targeted prospect lists based on client criteria
  • Conduct market research and lead qualification
  • Validate AI-generated lead lists
  • Research companies and decision-makers
  • Categorize prospects based on qualification criteria
  • Maintain structured lead databases (Sheets/CRM)
  • Identify ideal customer profiles across industries
  • Support account-based prospecting

 

CRM & Outreach Support

  • Manage HubSpot CRM
  • Organize contacts, companies, and pipelines
  • Support email outreach campaigns
  • Upload and maintain prospect lists
  • Set up email sequences and workflows
  • Track engagement and campaign performance
  • Ensure CRM accuracy and cleanliness
  • Support LinkedIn outreach activities

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential

  • Strong English communication skills
  • Excellent organization and time management
  • Lead generation and research experience
  • CRM experience (HubSpot preferred)
  • Strong internet research skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently
  • Analytical and process-driven mindset
  • Experience supporting executives or founders
