The ideal candidate is both detail-oriented and imaginative, someone who can think strategically while offering fresh ideas to enhance engagement and visibility across platforms.

You will play a key role in building the client’s online presence, identifying and reaching out to potential clients, managing communications, and assisting with basic content creation and coordination tasks.

    • Work with the client to establish a simple brand guide and visual content templates.
    • Support basic video creation and editing for social media posts.

Lead Generation

    • Conduct targeted searches on LinkedIn to identify and connect with potential clients.
    • Focus outreach on industries such as healthcare, banking, and engineering, targeting Director to VP-level professionals in Talent Development, Learning & Development, and related roles.
    • Manage prospect lists and maintain organized communication tracking.

Email & Administrative Support

    • Oversee and organize email inbox management (sorting, prioritizing, responding when appropriate).
    • Draft and send outreach or follow-up messages.
    • Support general administrative and coordination tasks as needed.

Content & Video Support

    • Assist in structuring and optimizing short-form video content from an SEO and YouTube perspective (future responsibility as video projects expand).

Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as a General Virtual Assistant, Social Media Manager, or Lead Generation Specialist.
    • Strong communication and written English skills.
    • Creative mindset – able to think outside the box while maintaining attention to detail.
    • Organized, self-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
    • Comfortable working with professionals in diverse industries (healthcare, banking, engineering).
    • Experience creating or managing LinkedIn outreach campaigns is a plus.

Preferred Personality Traits:

    • Creative yet structured; not purely task-oriented.
    • Proactive in offering ideas and solutions.
    • Detail-oriented with a flexible and adaptive mindset.

Tools / Platforms:

    • Social Media: LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram
    • Editing Tools: CapCut, Canva, or similar basic editing software

Shift & Hours:

    • Hours: Starting with minimum of 10 hours per week (with potential to increase based on workload and performance); flexible shift.
    • Target Start date: Not urgent, priority to find the best matched VA.
